I’ve now come across two TV shows where the characters were using an iPhone to make/receive calls.  Both had one catch:  The actors/actresses used the phone upside down!  You’d think they’d catch that mistake during the filming/editing process.

How many of you watched the Nuggest vs. Knicks game the other day? I missed it but I saw a recap of the brawl today while at the gym. That’s something isn’t it? 10 players are facing suspension because of the following:

With 75 seconds to play and the Nuggets ahead by 19 points, New York rookie Mardy Collins grabbed J.R. Smith around the neck as he was preparing to make a breakaway layup and sent him tumbling to the court.

You would think players wouldn’t get so riled up, but instead:

New York guard Nate Robinson and Smith tackled each other and tumbled over photographers into the first row of spectators as rival players confronted each other.

Just as order appeared to be restored, Anthony – who averages an NBA-best 31.6 points a game, threw a surprise punch in the face of Collins and backed away as Jeffries pursued until being restrained before he could retaliate.

So I finally caved and watched that movie last night.  It was funny and stupid at the same time.  That’s all I have to say about it.

Regal Theaters, the US’s largest theater chain, began testing devices in 25 of its locations that allow patrons to summon ushers if audience members use cell phones or become unruly. Michael Campbell, CEO, said that a second button will notify management of faulty projection, a third about uncomfortable room temperature, and a fourth about any other problem. He said that he expects the device to be available nationwide next year and that it will be given to “mature” audience members, who will receive free popcorn for their efforts.

Watch people start abusing this new power.

Well as you can see I’m fiddling with the design again. I’m still not done customizing, so stay tuned for that! I’ve been really busy these days. I have two MBA classes I’m currently taking (in the last week of this term) and I’m preparing for finals. Work is also getting pretty busy. I’m working on a design and also writing up some documents. All good stuff!
