I had my family with me and gave them a choice, either give me the water or cancel the order and gimme my money back. $40 order > cup of water so she eventually gave in when she say that I wasn't going to budge. Fortunately here in Az it is literally the law that they have to give water to anyone who asks for it (for free). Because it's so damn hot here people could literally die without water. That being said, heat may not be an issue there, but its still lame of them to try to charge you for something that costs them "nothing". At most I would say they could charge you like 5 cents for the cup itself :P Assholes!
