Exchange is the server of choice for email at work and I got really fed up with using the limited Exchange support (not to mention horrible UI) of Entourage and the delay and inability to completely sync my mailbox with Apple Mail so threw the Outlook icon on my dock and launch it via Unity mode.

Regardless of what anyone says, Outlook 2003 for Windows has the best Exchange support.
