Mozilla has a nice little page that lets you paste in source code(any C++, C, Javascript, PHP, etc..) and it does all the syntax highlighting for you, then prints out a nice link to a page you can send to others.
It sure beats trying to read code through an IM or email.
This also allows people to change your code and you can also do private postings.
