I don’t really mail out anything other than a few bills, cards, and letters so I don’t use up a lot of stamps but when I do use them up I hate having to go buy more.  It would be cool if there was a service like stamps.com which didn’t charge monthly for postage, but more on a per-use basis (kinda like phone cards).
