What NOT to do while driving

A ban on handheld cell phone usage while driving is being worked on here in California because of the significant amount of accidents people have had while talking on them. If it passes it won’t be put into effect until 2008. I can understand the ban, and hey, that’s what bluetooth enabled cars are for but what I saw today while driving to work got me. A lady was driving while doing a crossword puzzle and to make matters worse there was a baby in the backseat! How stupid can a person be?
