After my accident back in April I wasn’t in the gym for about a month coz I couldn’t walk around w/o crutches..finally getting back into the routine..today’s chest workout was by far the best I’ve had in 3 months!!! w00t!

I have Norton Anti-Virus and it’s been working great. Past few days I noticed my computer acting funny so I ran Trend Micro’s Housecall scanner and it found 8 trojans. If Norton’s so good why the hell didn’t it pick them up? and my definitions are updated too!

It seems some sites complained to Google so they are now limiting the # of HWG news articles that get displayed on Google News…damn jealous fools!
